Resco App - HTTP Refresh Token Error

To maintain security compliance MTA requires all @mirait.com.au accounts to be re-authenticated every 30 days.

When using the RescoMobile app you will start receiving the following error once the 30 day grace period has elapsed.

 

Error:

  • "The refresh token has expired or is invalid due to sign-in frequency checks by conditional access."

 

 

To resolve you will need:

  1. The Device with the Error and access to the Internet
  2. Your Account Details:
    • Mirait Username (e.g. M###@mirait.com.au) 
    • Account Password (Please note that your Account Password differs from your Payment Schedule Password)
  3. Access to the device with the Authenticator App installed and configured for your M### Account

 

To clear the error and re-authenticate the Resco app follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to setup section of the app
  2. Click on your username (m###@mirait.com.au) next to the CRM label
  3. Enter/Confirm the Account Password
  4. Toggle On 'Save Password'
  5. Press Sync (Highlighted in below screenshot)
  6. You will be prompted with the below window, press 'Continue'
  7. Your browser will open and prompt you to sign in with your Username & Account Password
  8. Approve the sign in with Authenticator App
  9. You will be signed in successfully & can continue using the app
