MFA Setup using Authenticator App:

• Download Microsoft Authenticator App from App store on iPhone or Play store on Android devices
• Now sign into aka.ms/mfasetup on your laptop

• You will shown the mobile number you are currently using to authenticate
• Click Delete next to the mobile number
• Click on Add sign in method

• Choose Authenticator App

• Click Add, Next & Next again
• Then a QR code will be displayed on your screen
• Now open the authenticator app on your mobile
• Click on Add Account
• Choose work or school account
• Click on Scan QR code
• Now scan the QR code that’s displayed on your screen
• And enter the code that appears on your screen.
• And you are all set to approve from Authenticator App.
