Authenticator Setup for multiple Users:

Note: If the user already has Authenticator access but not working, they will need to click on the username, click on Settings, Remove Account & follow the instructions below.

 

To setup authenticator access for second user,

         

  • Click Add Account
  •      
  • Choose Work or School Account
  • Select the Sign In option.
  •        

  • Enter username & password

  • Then you will be prompted to enter a 2-digit code in the Authenticator App

  • Get the first user with existing Authenticator app access to enter the number shown & your account will be added successfully.

        

  • Click finish & your Authenticator app is setup successfully
